These Terms & Conditions apply to all catering and wedding planning services provided by The Festiva. By confirming your event with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Menu Finalization

The event menu must be finalized at least one week before the event date. Any changes after this deadline may not be accommodated.

2.Booking Confirmation and Payment

1. To confirm your event, a 70% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
2. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date.
3. Failure to make the final payment may result in cancellation of services, with no refund of the advance payment.

3. Charges and Guest Count

1. Charges will be based on the higher of the minimum guaranteed number of guests (Pax) or the actual number of attendees.
2. Any additional guests beyond the guaranteed number will be charged accordingly.

4. Additional Equipment and Items

Any additional equipment or items brought in by the client or guests are at the sole risk of the client or guests. The Festiva is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of such items.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

1. In the event of a cancellation by the client, the advance payment is non-refundable.
2. The advance amount can be adjusted towards rescheduling the event, subject to availability and within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Inclusive Services

1. Prices quoted include a standard buffet setup, including cutlery, crockery, and service.
2. Any special requests or additional services may incur extra charges.

7. Taxes and GST

1. A 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to the final bill as per government regulations.
2. The Festiva reserves the right to adjust prices if there are changes in tax rates or other applicable charges.

8. Liability

The Festiva is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event, except where caused by our negligence. All risks associated with the event are borne by the client.

9. Amendments

The Festiva reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client in advance.
